🔹 Return & Refund Conditions

1. Authenticity Guarantee – If the product is not original, customers can check it in front of the delivery person. If found inauthentic, we will refund your money immediately on the spot.

2. We also accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

3. This policy does not cover change of mind, customer preference, compatibility issues, or customer error.

4. Refunds are only available in cases where the reason is valid and approved by our support team.

🔹 Return & Exchange Process

5. To request a return or exchange, you must inform us within 72 hours of receiving your product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. You must provide the receipt/invoice for an exchange or refund.

7. Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging intact.

8. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage caused by the customer. Otherwise, GetSupplementsBD reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

9. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval.

10. Each order can be exchanged only once.

11. Unboxing video is mandatory for claims regarding damage, missing items, or wrong products. Claims without video proof may be rejected.
